Josh Ng
physiotherapist
Josh spent the last 5+ years deep in the world of movement—combining hands-on
clinical care with a solid background in strength & conditioning and sports coaching. He holds a Master of Physiotherapy from USYD and a Bachelor of Exercise & Sport Science from Deakin University.
From hospital wards to side-line scrapes, Josh has worked across public and private
settings, helping adults and kids move through chronic pain, post-op rehab,
orthopaedics, and cardio care.
His philosophy? Movement is medicine, and consistency is the real game-changer.
He’s been pitch-side with Footscray Rugby Union, VIC STORM Men’s, and Hills United
FC—taping ankles, managing injuries, and keeping players game-ready.
In the clinic, he’s supported little legends through the NDIS, helping kids build resilience,
strength, and confidence.
Whether you’re rebuilding after injury or levelling up your fitness, Josh is all about
helping you understand the “why” and “how,” so you can take charge of your
recovery—and come back even stronger.
Outside work, he’s training in canoe polo, hiking Melbourne’s trails, or dog-spotting with
his partner Jen (yes, they’re counting down to adoption day!)
