Kate Coleman
Nutritionist & Health coach
Kate is a Certified Nutrition & Health Coach and has always been passionate about health and wellbeing. Graduating from LaTrobe University with a BSc (Nutrition) in 1999, Kate then completed a Post-Graduate Diploma in Health Promotion followed by a Cert 3 & 4 in Fitness.
In 2016 Kate launched her brand Tasting Fitness, offering Personal Training sessions, cooking classes and wellbeing talks for schools and corporate groups. An enthusiastic public speaker, Kate has also coordinated Womens’ & Mens’ Health events in the Kyneton community and been invited to speak at local sporting clubs on the importance of nutrition.
Getting back to basics and keeping it simple is the approach that Kate promotes, from a regular sleep routine, through to quality home-cooked meals, avoiding processed food and consistent exercise including strength training. Known for her outgoing and friendly personality, Kate loves to help people achieve their health goals.
In her spare time Kate enjoys cooking with her husband and 3 teenage children, walking their dog Belle, reading a good book and discovering new places.
