● Live in or willing to travel up to 30 mins to our clinic in the historic town of Kyneton 3444 and plumb suburb of Woodend 3442

The Role

● The hours required for this role are negotiable – anywhere from 15 hours to 38 hours a week is fine for the right applicant (although our ideal applicant is wanting fulltime or close to full time employment)

● You will be replacing an existing fulltime therapist with a busy caseload that you will step straight into and not have to build up
● You will treat a mix of private musculoskeletal clients and we will assist you in building a niched caseload to suit a special area of interest
● Appointment lengths will be customised to your needs (both initial and follow up consultations) and level of experience
● We will consider applicants with any level of experience but at least 3 years of private practice experience preferred
● Your level of experience will determine your salary package, and our existing therapists’ salary packages range from a base award salary to upwards of $50+ an hour
● Annual salary will range from $86,000 to $125,000 pro rata including your base salary plus all bonuses and entitlements (based on experience and qualifications)
● Your salary package includes a bonus structure which allows you to take home an extra $20,000-$30,000 per year in performance based bonuses
● You will have access to a PD budget, internal formal and informal clinic mentoring, world class external paid mentors the clinic engages and the clinic hosts 1-2 onsite physiotherapy professional development courses a year
● Our clinical mentor is highly skilled 19+ year experienced private practice physiotherapist who will mentor you on a weekly basis

About The Clinic

Pro Physio+ is a family business led by Leki Sisifa an experienced Sports Physio which includes posts with State age group teams, National teams and International travel with Academies and International teams.

We are a purpose built clinic which opened Nov 2024 located in the heart of Kyneton (on Piper St) with established suburbs surrounding us in Woodend, Malmsbury, Tylden and Trentham. Forecast ID projects that between 2024 and 2046, the population for the Macedon Ranges is projected at 25.75% growth – that’s a lot of people that need your help!

We are a strong business evaluated by Business Consultant Paul Hedges as Rate My Clinic’s best performing National Physio clinic in 2023 with a large and diverse client base. Our Vision is Being Boundless. We have so far helped more than 15,000 people with pain and injury and that number is growing rapidly. We are primarily a private musculoskeletal clinic with primary conditions treated being back pain, athletes, posture problems, joint pain, Worksafe and TAC injuries and soft tissue strains and sprains. We have moved towards a health coaching service model helping clients move from medical management to gym strength training and improving lifelong health and longevity. Being Boundless!

Our induction programme is industry leading and guarantees you success in your role with a 6-12 month and ongoing upskilling programme. We have formal and informal clinical and non clinical mentoring which also includes a 5 step career pathway that can lead to profit share, leadership and management, specialisation, high income or lifestyle. Our goal is for our physios to earn 6 figures and work no more than 4 days per week. Roles

A new and exciting opportunity has opened for a professional, proactive Physio to join the ProPhysio+ team on a part/full-time basis.  

● Provide clinical services to the customers of ProPhysio+ ensuring these are customer focused, adopt a best practice approach, provide innovative solutions and strive for continuous self-improvement
● Your role includes Physiotherapy consultations of a musculoskeletal nature including hands on treatment, rehab/gym consultations and managing your caseload
● Health coaching service in line with our Thrive strength coaching services with supervised exercise, mentorship and rehabilitation
● Lead role with building marketing channels, assist with being the ‘mayor of the town’ relationship building, utilising software like Go High Level (Espina), True Coach (S&C program), VALD equipment and MoveHealth exercise app, practice software Cliniko and Google Suite
● Sports Physio service to our sporting club partners being available Saturday’s from Jan-Sept
● Mentoring role to Physio clinical placement students from Melbourne University and La Trobe University Your job will be to provide high quality, patient focussed, evidence-based Physiotherapy services.

● Excellent communication skills and motivation to build your patient base
● Registered Physiotherapist with AHPRA
● You are covered with Professional Indemnity Insurance (we can recommend a policy)
● 3+ years of valued experience within a private practice preferred but not essential

● A strong mentoring culture and support from the Senior Physio to give you the tools to excel
● Support with using our Cliniko software and Google Suite of Services (professional email address and immediate access to G Drive choc full of presentations, resources and reports)
● The autonomy of Physio work within a large medical team and specialised training of our unique operating systems
● 1-2 x weekly 1 on 1 60 min mentoring sessions from Senior Physio with PD calendar with external speakers, internal presentations and fun team bonding sessions
